We will accept returned merchandise postmarked within 21 calendar days from original date of purchase on receipt. Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or washed and must be in original condition with tags attached. Accessories & sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Please note we do not offer refunds on phone orders, special orders, or items purchased in-store. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards.
Refunds (minus shipping cost) will be processed within two business days after we receive the merchandise. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to post this transaction to your account.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE
Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and enclose the original receipt with the return form filled out at the bottom. Please ship back to the address below using an appropriate shipping box or envelope. Don Me Now – Styling & Clothing Lounge is not responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insuring the package with a tracking number. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been accepted and processed.

IN-STORE/ONLINE SEPARATION POLICY
Our online store policy is different than our in-store policy.
In-store pickups and/or returns are not allowed on purchases made through our website. If you have questions regarding our two separate return policies, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly assist you.
DOMESTIC (within the US) - Shipment time varies by method of shipment which is described below. Just because you receive an email saying your item was shipped does not necessarily mean it will be shipped that day; it just means the order was processed for shipment. Orders usually take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. We currently use two types of shipping processes:
Priority Mail: 1-3 transit
Express Mail: Overnight to most locations
Ground: 4-7 business days
Overnight: 1 business day
*Keep in mind that all orders have a 1-3 day processing packing period before shipping transits apply.
Note, tracking numbers usually take 24hrs to become active.
Don Me Now has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at email@example.com.
Modifying an order: Please note you will not be able to modify or cancel an order once it has been processed.
Failed deliveries and returned packages: In the case that USPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to accept package, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise Don Me Now – Styling & Clothing Lounge is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by USPS. Similarly, we are not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
